Stronger Together: First-ever Holiday Party Co-Hosted by Fred’s Footsteps and the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House
Thursday, December 17
First-ever Holiday Party co-hosted by Fred’s Footsteps and Ronald McDonald House for the 60 families living at Ronald McDonald Houses in Philadelphia. The event was designed to bring much-needed cheer, coats, and gift cards to families in emotional distress and financial crisis due to caring for their critically or chronically ill children:
- Fred’s Footsteps distributed coats, hats, and gloves for the moms, dads, and children
- Each family received a grocery and gas gift card to help ease their financial burden
- Goal was to spread holiday cheer, much needed fun and support during an emotionally and financially draining time for these families.
